Primary Goal of All Revolutions or Civil Wars is Power.

How can the media or the world truly and realistically trust unconfirmed one sided biased reports from activist, revolutionary dissidents from either side of this Syrian civil war and revolution?

Who are the Puppet Masters and Wire Pullers attempting to dictate a one sided ceasefire?

Why is it that these biased and unconfirmed propaganda reports, dictated to the world’s media by activists and revolutionaries, relating to any mounting violence are always committed solely be Syrian government forces?

No mention ever of the army deserters and revolutionary attempts of lawless by mob rule, which are also criminal act of aggression and crimes against humanity, too overthrow Syria’s constitutionally and duly elected government?

No blame placed on the revolutionary military bureau, set up by the unelected De facto self anointed revolutionary Syrian National Council members or the revolutionary free Syrian army deserters, to coordinate the revolutionary armed opposition to the legitimate government in power!  

In all probability the world is witnessing desertions from Syria’s armed forces on the basis of clan alignment and radical Islamic religious beliefs! 

When military personnel go AWOL and then put on masks and commence massacring their former comrades in uniform they are committing treason against the people they swore to protect and then proceed to kill fellow citizens that they took an oath to keep them against such lawlessness and anarchy?

For such deception and treasonous acts under the name of an unelected opposition, the exiled revolutionary council and the Syrian free army deserters are all subject to and must be held accountable and punishable by military under international law for any of these traitorous or terrorist actions and killings of civilians!

Anyone who understands history realizes that the primary goal of every revolution or civil war is that of gaining power as power is considered the crucial target of all revolutionary's.

And  the world media can rest assured that these revolutionaries themselves made up of military deserters are NOT going to pledge or recognize any UN backed ceasefire or one offered by the current leaders of power in Damascus.

Thus the possibility exists that Syrian security forces who deserted from the military known as the Free Syrian Army supporting the De facto self anointed revolutionary unelected Syrian National Council members where the ones who actually shot dead four civilians on a bus in the northern province of Idlib on Wednesday and many other such domestic terrorists acts.

Further it has become increasingly clear that two goals of the Arab Muslim spring uprisings, a year ago along with the foreign assisted civil war of Libya and the anarchist’s revolution in Egypt, were  to establish Sharia law through militant secularization revolution by incorporating Islam as the state religion and to achieve financial control of the country’s oil resources.

The ancient Arabic translation of Sharia law relates to a path to the water hole and considering today’s position could cause the route to the oil holes? 

Syria’s oil and gas reserves opposed to those of Egypt and Libya remains a top secret of its duly elected government and Islam is not currently the state religion.

Now Syria currently produces some 401,000 barrels of oil per day compared to the 662,600 (bbl/day) produced by Egypt and the 1.789 million (bbl/day) of oil produced by Libya. 

The UN and peoples acceptance by condoning the treasonous acts of deserters, from the Syrian government’s armed force, based on their claim that the elected Syrian government has “lost their legitimacy” and that “the free Syrian army to work hand in hand with the people to bring the regime down, protect the revolution and the country’s resources” sure sounds like a declaration of war, by Syrian army deserters, against the duly elected and recognized leaders by the Syrian people.

Please keep in mind the very important and practical detail about these De facto self anointed groups of unelected individuals that it is Libya and Egypt, two countries in turmoil because of outside interference, are the only nations to recognize this De facto revolutionary group besides France.

One would think that after what happened in Egypt and especially after the Libya fiasco the time and now with these self anointed and unelected opposition groups formed by De facto entities the UN and most legitimate government representative at the United Nations would now abide by the founding charter of the UN?

The United Nations charter states that nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter.

The civil war in Syria is definitely under the domestic jurisdiction of the state of Syria.

Prime Example of Inept Budgeting for the Sole Purpose of Retaining Political Power.

This provincial government of McGuinty propped up by the NDP is showing taxpayers that it is oblivious to proven economic reality that higher or wealth taxes have a negative impact on the economy 99 out of 100 times and a 1 chance out of 100 that taxes have no economic impact.

Ontario did not need a tax increase on anyone but rather a tax decrease and a limit on government spending of no greater increase of that of the country's annual inflation rate.

Let me predict that this tax on the so called rich will only modestly increase revenues but shall have not effect whatsoever on reducing the provincial debt or increasing employment within the province.

Ontarians only have to look south of the boarder to California to see what happened to that state with their progressive income tax on its so called wealthy or high income residents.

By cuddling up to the NDP with its union activist supporters and those from the environmental and poverty lobbyists McGuinty and the NDP with this budget agreement have torpedoed Ontario's small and retail service businesses and are treating so called rich residents as if they were all TD Canada Trust green  dispensing machines with endless cash.

Higher Taxes and a Deal with the NDP Not the Answer.

The NDP has always been a political party that helps themselves to the property of others and which they shall never stop.

Have we all forgotten the NDP Rae government?

The best way to grow the economy and reduce government debt is by reducing NOT increasing the taxes on income by an by an across the board reduction in personal and corporate income tax cuts as recommended by the late John F. Kennedy.

Class warfare through higher income distribution by those who already pay the highest taxes is NOT the answer.

Time that the 34% of Ontarians who pay NO federal or provincial income tax to pay a minimum tax of $1,000 per year and eliminate some of the tax loopholes that exist for corporations.

The NDP seems to believe that union jobs are a luxury to be paid for by others.

Let us not forget that the US A's economy is very similar to ours and they tried a 10% tax surcharge or luxury tax on the so called rich and discovered that higher taxes rates generated less revenues for government than anticipated.

Every One has Individual Rights Including Toronto’s Mayor Rob Ford.

No Mayor has a Duty to Represent any Special Interest Group and Especially Not One that Continually has Mocked his Individual Rights and Beliefs.

Mayors do not have to attend any parade be it St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Khalsa Day, Caribana or the Santa Clause parade.

Mayor Ford unlike his political predecessors has shown that he cannot be molded like play dough by the left leaning ideologies of special interest groups supported by muckraking journalists and self serving politicians.

When forced to choose between his personal moral rights or giving in to threats and intimidation Mayor Ford once again has shown voters that as Mayor he shall not turn his back on his personal family principles for the sake of political expediency in support of deconstructionists or special interest groups and has again stood his ground as an individual.

PS. Why the constant yearly push by the media to force the Mayor and other non gay and lesbian Toronto residents to conform to a lifestyle and believe that they do not share?  

If we are a truly free and democratic country, citizens must have the basic individual right to decide for themselves or has it become the goal of the main stream gays, lesbians and bisexuals to force its ideals onto Torontonians and others in their attempt reduce individual rights to create a  society that must conform to only one viewpoint?

And when one does not conform you are instantly labeled a homophobic!      

Do not get me wrong as I am not suggesting that lesbian, gay and bisexual individuals not be allowed to hold and have their personal beliefs and ideals.

I have the strong position that individual’s within our Canadian society must be allowed to decide for themselves what is best for them as an individual and not be chastised by the media or special interest groups for holding an opposite viewpoint from those of  bisexuals, gays and lesbians.

Neither Hate Propaganda or Racists but a Youthful Reaction to Bullying.

It was however an attempt at retaliation by an overly frustrated youth for a previous days unprovoked beating by a yet unnamed and undisciplined fellow student and that required both the teaching staff and police to physically escort this young girl from school because of the attack on her by another unidentified student.

This bully must be identified and charged by the authorities for such an attack on a fellow student.   

Further these death threats against this girl are far more serious in nature than the video itself and must be fully investigated by police to ensure the apprehension of those uttering such death threats against this young girl.

Once Again Pride Toronto Issues Invitation to Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.

Another political stunt by this special interest group for their continuing attempts to mock the Mayor and other individual thinkers for their personal believes relating to personal family values.

These same organizers along with gay and lesbian parade marchers who last year mocked the mayor for not attending their gay and lesbian festivities now have decided to once again attempt to impose their choice of values on the Mayor and the entire community.

One’s individual family values and moral principles, including those of Mayor Ford are a sign of strength which superseding gay and lesbian politics along with those of the Gay Media’s Maelstrom Hysteria and Muckraking Journalists.

Dalton or His Minions with a $16 Billion Annual Operating Deficit are Not in a Position to Rebuke Any Other Politician or Taxpayer.

Back in October 2010 it was not the media but Torontonians, those who faithfully take the time to vote and pay taxes anyway, spoke for the then Mayor elect and by a margin of 4 to 1 by supporting his campaign platform for subways and electing him Mayor.

Most I am quite sure recognized the reality that the long term yet perhaps costly up front solution for the city's barbaric Hodge Podge centre of the road streetcar usage had to be replaced with the continued extension of an underground subway network similar to those in such world class cities as London, New York and Montreal.

Further the Province, run by a Dalton McGuinty and his own hand picked minions, who have run up a $16 Billion Dollar Yearly Deficit and have debts in excess of $251 Billion are Not in any position to Rebuke Mayor Ford or Toronto council.

Especially when the premier and his own peons cannot stop whining and continually are asking the federal government to bail them out as a government because of their political inability to do their job in terms of decision making or balancing their operating budgets.

Couple this fact with their own lack of prudent fiscal management on behalf of the taxpayers of the entire province the Ford's, the media and the public should be asking questions to the provincial government as to why they find it necessary to criticize or blame others without first looking into the mirror that is directly in front of them?

Until Queens Park, itself, shows some much needed fiscal responsibility the Premier or any member his government is NOT in a position to comment on the performance of any elected politician, Mayor or Reeve.

In October 2010 the voters across Toronto, by a margin of 4 to 1, supported the Mayoralty platform of Rob Ford and his vision for subways and NOT centre of the road streetcars re-marketed with the fancy name of LRTS. 

The management at the TTC over these past 3 decades unfortunately has been a disaster of dinosauric proportions. 

Perhaps it is time that this relic of a top heavy over bloated city corporation know as the TTC be taken over completely by the federal and provincial governments to ensure that a world class subway system is put in place for the entire GTHA under the control of Metrolinx or other non city entity. 

However Toronto taxpayers should keep in mind that it was the province under another provincial government that cancelled the Spadina Express-way and thus played a major critical role in the daily gridlock now experienced by over 70% of Toronto's driving commuters and the daily gridlock encountered by businesses in their attempts to deliver the commercial goods and services required for the economic survival of the city residents and businesses. 

Should we continue with such indecision's, by all levels of government, and not spend the money now and on an ongoing bases for subways as opposed to middle of the road streetcars through attempts at political backstabbing by the media and the left leaning socialists NDP members on city council Toronto shall remain known throughout the world as HOG TOWN.

Stinz’s Political Mein Kampf for the SS of Toronto’s Gridlock, Traffic Jams, Congestion will Cost $2 Billion Plus Annually?

The political far left leaning ideologies of the main stream media has a new political hero with K.S. since her back stabbing introduction of a Toronto Transportation Congestion Plan embracing above ground, centre of the road, single street cars for Toronto’s major east west arterial city roadways.

Toronto is moving backwards not forwards with its continued war on cars while costing city taxpayers between $5 to $8 Billion annually because of traffic jams and traffic congestion.

TTC studies, as reported a few years back showed that street cars or LRT create gridlock in both directions along with traffic jams which of course cause pollution.

A majority of taxpayers and residents of Toronto already are aware of the facts that once subways are built they are by far much cheaper to maintain and no snow removal from tracks or overhead wiring are necessary.

Councils and perhaps that of the province in supporting the SS platform by endorsing the left leaning political Mein Kampf motion put forward by Steinz, encouraged by the TTC and main stream media, could conceivably add an additional $2 to $3 Billion cost in lost productivity, through far more traffic congestion, above ground arterial roadway construction, loss of business, as was the case with the St. Clair single street car line and most likely shall come in 100% over any TTC budget estimates.

All of which DO NOT represent world class forward thinking when it comes to using property taxpayer funds for investing in public transit or the enhance and encouragement of future economic strength for the city of Toronto and its residents.

Democracy thrives and succeeds only through the will of the voters and this political Mein Kampf transportation vision  offered up by councillor Karen Stinz, with the back door support of the TTC and as supported by council, must go before the voters to decide.

It’s the Voters Transit Plan by a 4 to 1 Margin in the Toronto Election of October 2010.

Toronto’s proposed Transit plans were all clearly out there as precious individual platforms by each Mayoralty candidate in the recent municipal elections held in 2010.

Joe Pantalone who clearly ran on the Miller Toronto City Transit Plan lost by close to 200,000 votes and Smitherman by over 100,000 votes.

Thus by a margin of 4 to 1 Toronto voters in the last municipal election voted for the transit vision put forward during that election by Ford and NOT the transit city plan as put forwarded for support by Joe Pantalone or George Smitherman.

Democracy through our democratic election process has spoken. It seems we now have councillors, not one of whom was elected by voters from across the city, attempting to overturn the election results in a sinister and perhaps even treasonous manner.

Stinz apparently with her dual Canadian and American citizen ship along with a public hissy fit and 24 councillors now are attempting to undemocratically overturn and bury the votes of Torontonians and the results of the 2010 election.

The voters spoke loud and clear and now some out of touch councillors think that they can unilaterally and without legal consequences override the results of that election.

Strike votes, illegal wild cat walkouts and work to rule negating tactics have been used by unions as a provocative and threatening tool for the past 50 years.


However when the tables are turned and elected representatives of management finally starts to understand and start incorporating similar negotiating tools legally available to them these same unions cry bully tactics or bad faith bargaining.


Seems the union leaders might have completely forgotten that hard nosed bargaining is not a one sided coin.


Taxpayer funded public workers for decades through their unions have continually been allowed to impose hardships on citizens and residents of Ontario, Toronto and Canada with their unsustainable benefit, pension and wage demands on the backs of the average Canadians with an annual salary of a mere $44,366 compared to the annual average salary of $63,500 including benefits and pensions for city workers.  


How many Torontonians, other than those working for the city, are guaranteed a job for life after a mere  5 years of employment and coupled with the further guarantee of a continuing annual pay increase of 1.25% in 2012, 1.50% in 2013, 1.75% in 2013 and a 1.75% pay increase for 2014 before any performance reviews are made of your job performance?

City’s integrity commissioner Plays Politics by using her Unelected Position and Thrusts Her Heals into Ford Politics.

One would think that after putting her foot in her mouth during the Mayoralty race in 2010 on behalf of  left leaning councillors against Ford for using city letterhead she would have leaned her lesson.

 

Unfortunately that has not been the case, as with an apology already been given, Janet Leipere the city's integrity commissioner is attempting once again to use the unelected position of the office to illegally insist on her wording or wording only acceptable to her for any apologies that are offered or uttered by the Ford brothers on council.  

The integrity commissioner states that “councillor Doug Ford has violated her code of conduct with "intimidating language," and even though councillor Ford has already apologized to this disgruntled x city employee it was not good enough for her?

 

In my humble opinion with an apology already given the integrity commissioner has No Right or Authority to Demand the Contents or Wording of Any councillors Apology even if his name happens to be Ford.

Sounds like an ongoing political set up to me especially  when this former city employee used such words like “accosted” in an “aggressive tone” but then finished by stating “He then nervously turned around and walked away.”

It is not up to this accuser or the integrity commissioner to dictate how any apology by either party should be worded, stated or written.

This x employee did not like and thus did not accept Fords apology and now the integrity commissioner is playing politics with her continued ruffling the councillors feathers by her own attempts to write an apology in her words and not the councillors.

Both the commissioner and the disgruntled x employee did not and do not want to accept the apology given as they obviously wish to continue playing politics for their own personal vendettas.

Many Torontonians are once again asking that the integrity commissioner, Janet Leiper, reveal why she continues to thrust herself into the ongoing political campaign against the Fords?

Toronto Hydro another Dawning Political City Scandal Similar too TCHC on the Horizon?

Torontonians should be outraged at what continues on unabated at Toronto hydro because of a not so sound or transparent effective corporate practices and governance. 

In my opinion Toronto Hydro customers and taxpayers together should be demanding that a forensic audit, similar to that of TCHC, be conducted immediately.

Toronto Hydra’s current and self serving CEO, who is paid more than the US President or our Canadian Prime Minister, should be immediately replace by an interim CEO appointed by the courts on behalf of taxpayers and customers.  


All appointed board members, including those from city council, should be asked for their resignation from Toronto Hydro’s board of directors prior to an immediate forensic audit.


The management, union and current CEO should all be held equally accountable and liable for any wrong doings related to past rate hikes, business practices which resulted in the current lack of proper minimum reliability standards of the utility as approved by the board, management, condoned by union bosses and by city council.  

The past and current fuzzy expenses and accounting actions by Toronto Hydra’s Board of directors and management of deceitfully diverting funds, as evidenced in court, needed by the city’s utility for its system reliability and maintenance for the utilities aging wires and equipment, by illegally increasing unwarranted dividend payments to the city of Toronto was NOT  in the best interests its customers, taxpayers.

Such unethical and perhaps fraudulent practice is not in keeping with sound, honest, forthright corporate governance practices. It further does not create or maintain taxpayer or customer confidence in the management or the board of the utility but rather just the opposite.

However it does represent a culture of deceit and an unethical business management goal and agenda of declaring Toronto Hydro a “dividend revenue source” for the city’s ongoing financial crisis at the direct expense of Toronto hydro customers, maintenance of the utility and taxpayers.

On the other hand the president of CUPE local one, the union representing the 1, 250 Toronto Hydro workers, last year stated “Publicly-owned and delivered electricity has helped Toronto prosper. Toronto Hydro keeps the lights on for everyone – and returns millions of dollars to our city every year. When we pay for electricity, we’re paying ourselves because the City of Toronto is the sole shareholder in Toronto Hydro.”


It seems Hydro’s publicly appointed board of directors, along with city unions, special interest groups and a majority of elected councillors all continue and prefer to gamble, play fast and loose with taxpayer dollars as if it was their own money at a roulette table.


Further their attempts at raising rates to customers so that deceptive dividend payments could be deceitfully made to shore up the city of Toronto’s fiscal problems and keep union dues flowing in for the grossly inflated salaries of union bosses on the back of customers is a least unethical, immoral and worst fraudulent.

When the outgoing Mayor miraculously discovered $104.82 MILLION Dollars of Tax Payers Money Peter CLARKE called for an In-depth External Forensic Audit of City Finances, prior to Elections. That request fell on deaf ears.

Perhaps now with yet another process being a sham our Provinces Attorney General, city council along with the media and others will start demanding an investigation into these recurring shams and neglect of judiciary responsibilities by councillors, appointed Toronto hydro board members and union bosses.

Councillors Josh and Josh Play a Jewish Roulette Game with Taxpayer Dollars.

It was not a Hail Mary or Save the Children vote, as the media has called it, but a roulette gamble played out by two Toronto Jewish councillors Josh and Josh that in the long term shall actually cost Torontonians and extra $500,000 yearly or a bit less in additional interest payments on the city’s debt for the next 20 years.

Toronto it seems has 23 Councillors who are either unable or lack the financial knowledge and experience and the political capability of re-prioritizing their continued unsustainable habits of spending and borrowing.

This is not how elected representatives should work with our money.

It was not at all in the best interests of the majority of Toronto taxpayers and definitely not a prudent or fiscally responsible way to deal with the city continuing debt crisis.

Self Anointed Opposition De Facto Groups of the SNC and FSA Responsible for Terrorists Bombing Attacks Against Unarmed Syrian Children and Women?

The so called Syrian opposition is made up of armed forces deserters, Syrian exile members of the de facto groups like the SNC (Syrian national council), FSA (free Syrian army) and non Syrian fanatic extremists for a free Palestine along with the Muslim brotherhood for Sharia law and all are doing battle against the Assad regime and the Syrian people.

Recent bombings in Damascus have the finger print tactics of continually used by al- Qaeda, fundamentalist Sunni Muslim terrorists groups and others from throughout the region in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt and Jordan.

How can the Canada, the USA and other western powers support such radical extremists and fanatical religious non elected but self anointed individuals and armed forces deserters and terrorists who call themselves the opposition and then proceed to intentionally detonate 10 kilos of highly flammable explosives in the centre of Damascus next to a primary school, shops and a mosque?

The Turkey based and self anointed commander of these Syrian army deserters a Colonel Riad al-Asaad recently stated to the world that "All operations against the Syrian regime are to be stopped except in a situation of self defense."

The western media for propaganda reasons continually refers to this non democratic and self appointed De facto group of exiles, who reside outside of Syria in Turkey and France, as the opposition and would have the world believe that the SNC and FSA was formed purely for the protection of the unarmed citizens of Syrian and its resources.

These armed protester’s, rebels, insurgents, army deserters and terrorists under the banner of an opposition are killing people as are Syrian government forces who continually claim that Syria is fighting Islamist militants steered from abroad. Maybe the world does not like it but it is a Syrian domestic civil war under the jurisdiction of the state.

The Syrian people from both sides fighting within Syria without outside intervening by western powers, pundits, academic experts or the United Nations for their own political and economic interests must decide the outcome.

However it remains my position that this civil war in Syria is definitely under the domestic jurisdiction of the state of Syria and as such it is time that France, Turkey, USA, Britain, Canada, Libya, Egypt, Iran, the displaced Palestine's fighters and all others to butt out of the internal domestic affairs of Syria or attempt to legitimize the SNC as the official opposition of the Republic of Syria.

If the regime is doomed then the Republic of Syria along with its constitution and all the legal citizens of Syria will once again be controlled by outside interests and the establishment of Sharia law as most likely will be the case in Libya and Egypt with more Middle Eastern countries to soon follow.

Gold Plated Salaries of Elite City Councillors and Canadian Politicians Have Left the Rest of Us Footing the Bills.

Toronto city councillors have an annual salary of $99,619.52 plus an annual tax free expense account of $30,000 on top of their 100% taxpayer paid extended health and dental coverage, life insurance of 2 times salary, long term disability at 75% of salary, mileage reimbursed @ 52 cents per kilometer, one years full salary and benefits upon leaving office and OMERS pension plan.   

All Ontario members of the legislature recently received a 25% increase which resulted in cabinet minister’s salary rising to $157,633 in addition to benefits and expense accounts. 

Canadian federal cabinet members in parliament enjoy an annual salary of $218,500, plus expenses, benefits and lavish pensions. 

The elected provincial members of the legislature receive an annual salary of $126,321 plus expenses, benefits and pensions at the same time our federal elected members of parliament are paid an annual salary of $147,700 plus expenses, benefits and pension. 

All these politician's salaries, expense accounts, benefits and lavish pensions, of course, are paid for on the backs of  Canadians with the average annual salary of a mere $44,366?    

Thus it is not just only the top executives but over paid basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis and soccer players etc. along with actors and actresses who ALSO play a significant role in driving the growth in income inequality throughout Ontario, Canada and the world. 

Talk about media hypocrisy…
